julia leonard / jbot

jbot (literally j + bot) is a childhood nickname that encompasses what I’m trying to accomplish in life. Although not its original meaning, each letter stands for something (joyful, bubbly, optimistic, and thoughtful) and represents who I am and what I bring to my creative pursuits.

While my main “craft” is motion graphics, I also love patchwork sewing projects, creative data visualizations, and laser cutting. Some of my favorite projects have centered around sustainability initiatives such as food waste, culture, inclusivity, and education.

Current project: Attempting to chain stitch Elon Musk’s net worth where every 1 inch = $1 Million. This will likely take a very long time.
